How fast will I get my work back?
48 hours for most edits. Ongoing projects? 3–5 days per episode or batch. We’ve even delivered overnight when a client had a launch the next morning. Speed is never an excuse we make — it’s a standard we hold ourselves to.
What happens to my raw footage and files?
Your files are stored securely in the cloud for 90 days after delivery. Everything is yours — we never use your content anywhere without permission. Not for our portfolio, not for examples, not without you saying yes first.
What if the edit doesn't feel right?
We revise it. As many times as it takes. No extra fees, no passive-aggressive energy. We don’t close a project until you look at it and say “yes, exactly that.” That’s not a promise — it’s just how we’ve always worked.
Can you build my podcast or channel from absolute zero?
Yes — and honestly, that’s where we do some of our best work. Setup, branding, intro, thumbnail style, editing format, audio treatment. We build the whole thing so when you go live, it already looks like you’ve been doing this for years.
